HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

Packages from our warehouse will be shipped by Ems, Ups or Fed Ex depending on the weight and size of the order. 

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some countries and locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be in that location we will contact you.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED THE ORDER?

We will do our absolute best to modify your order to ensure it is exactly what you want it to be! If you want your order to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible at info@IoGlammerHype.com and we will make the adjustments for you. However, if you request to change or cancel the order after it has been shipped, then we will not be able to make any modifications to your order.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

As customs can vary from different countries, areaglam is not responsible for any customs fees once the item has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they will arrive in your country. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping time varies by location. Below are estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America 15-30 business days
  • Please note; this does not include 2-5 day processing time 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped. The email will have a confirmation of your order along with the tracking number.

MY TRACKING SAYS "NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT."

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system, if you order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

If you ordered more than one unit, your order may be packaged in separate packages due to logistical reasons.
